01How long until my order ships?
Print-partner production generally takes 2–5 business days; please allow up to 7 business days before shipment. Our Silver/Red Glitter, Red-on-Black Embroidered and Pink/Green LOVE Wreath tees are made to order locally, not stocked. Their production and dispatch estimates are being confirmed; contact us before ordering for current timing. Check the product page for its fulfillment details.
02How long does US shipping take?
Most US orders arrive 3–7 business days after shipment. This transit time is separate from production or preparation time. Tracking is sent by email when the order ships.
03How much does shipping cost?
Available shipping rates and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.
04What size should I order?
The blanks do not all fit the same. Use the garment name and measurements on the product page and size guide, then compare them with a similar piece you already own. If a matching chart is not available, contact us before ordering rather than using another garment's measurements.
05What are the garments made from?
Materials vary by product. The individual product page is the source of truth for fabric composition, decoration, care, and available colors.
06Where are orders produced?
Made-to-order pieces are produced and shipped by our print and fulfillment partners, primarily through US facilities. The Silver/Red Glitter, Red-on-Black Embroidered and Pink/Green LOVE Wreath tees are produced to order by our local production partner. An order containing both may arrive in separate packages.
07Can I track my order?
Yes. Shopify emails a tracking link when your shipment is marked shipped, whether it is fulfilled by our team or a production partner.
08What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for a free replacement or another appropriate resolution.
09Can I exchange the size?
Items are not eligible for standard exchanges when the wrong size was selected. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will review whether a courtesy option is available, but it is not guaranteed.
10Can I place a church, group, or collaboration order?
