01How long until my order ships?
Each piece is made to order. Production generally takes 2–5 business days; please allow up to 7 business days before shipment.
02How long does US shipping take?
Most US orders arrive 3–7 business days after production. Tracking is sent by email as soon as the order leaves the fulfillment facility.
03How much does shipping cost?
Available shipping rates and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.
04What size should I order?
The blanks do not all fit the same. Use the garment name and measurements on the product page and size guide, then compare them with a shirt you already own.
05What are the garments made from?
Materials vary by product. The individual product page is the source of truth for fabric composition, decoration, care, and available colors.
06Where are orders produced?
Orders are produced and shipped by our print and fulfillment partners, primarily through US facilities.
07Can I track my order?
Yes. Shopify emails a tracking link as soon as the fulfillment partner marks the order shipped.
08What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 30 days with your order number and clear photos. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for a free replacement.
09Can I exchange the size?
Made-to-order items are not eligible for standard exchanges when the wrong size was selected. Contact us within 14 days and we will review whether a courtesy option is available, but it is not guaranteed.
10Can I place a church, group, or collaboration order?
