Order care

Shipping policy.

Every piece is made to order, printed, and quality-checked before it ships.

  • Production: typically 2–5 business days; please allow up to 7 business days before shipment.
  • US shipping: typically 3–7 business days after production.
  • Shipping rates: calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
  • Tracking: sent automatically by email when the order ships.

Address changes

Email us within 12 hours of ordering. We will do our best to update an address before production begins, but changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment starts.

Delays

If tracking has not updated for seven business days, contact us so we can open a carrier investigation.

Split shipments

Products may be made by different fulfillment partners. A multi-item order can arrive in separate packages with separate tracking links.

Returned or undeliverable packages

Customers are responsible for entering a complete, deliverable address. Contact us if a package is returned to sender; reprinting or reshipping may require an additional charge.
