Address changes
Email us within 12 hours of ordering. We will do our best to update an address before fulfillment begins, but changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment starts.
Delays
If tracking has not updated for seven business days, contact us so we can open a carrier investigation.
Split shipments
Products may ship separately from our print partners and local production partner. A multi-item order can arrive in separate packages with separate tracking links.
Returned or undeliverable packages
Customers are responsible for entering a complete, deliverable address. Contact us if a package is returned to sender; reprinting or reshipping may require an additional charge.
