Always covered
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for a free replacement or another appropriate resolution. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Keep the item unless we tell you otherwise.
Wrong size, color, or change of mind
Because each item is made specifically for the order, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for an incorrect size or color selection, or for a change of mind. Review the product-specific options and size guide before ordering. You may still contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will review whether a courtesy option is available, but it is not guaranteed.
Cancellations and address changes
Email us as quickly as possible. Once production begins, an order usually cannot be canceled or changed.
